First, we will answer each questions you might have about who we are and how we train at Blue River CrossFit. This is NOT a high pressure sales meeting.

Some common questions might be:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join?
  • I've never lifted weights before, can I do this?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I come?
  • What are your rates?
  • I have an injury or physical limitation, how do you acommodate that?

After we learn more about you and your goals, we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level.

You can expect to spend about 30 minutes visiting the gym and talking to a coach. Your first visit is a great way to determine if Blue RIver CrossFit is a good fit for you.

How it works

  • You will receive a confirmation email and text from us
  • Write down some questions for us, we love answering them
  • Be prepared to set aside about 30 minutes (depending how many questions you have for us)
  • Prefer a virtual visits? No problem! After you receive your confirmation text, respond back and ask for a virtual option.
  • While we do send some automated texts, especially around confirmations, most of the texts you'll get from us come from real humans!

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
