I started my fitness journey in 2015. Weighing 240 lbs, I decided I wanted to join the military. I joined a CrossFit gym in Laredo,TX and started working hard. In a few months I was down to 200 lbs and was finally up to weight standards for the Military. I joined the United States Marine Corps in 2016 and continued my fitness for the next four years. Throughout those four years I did my own research and studies to better improve my health as well as improve the fitness of the Marines in my platoon. When I left the Marine Corps in 2020 I decided I wanted to continue helping people with their fitness goals so I searched for jobs that would let me do so. I found Peak Performance Fitness Facility, now Blue River CrossFit.
I am living my dream. I hope to continue working with everyone and anyone that wants to live a healthier life. Fitness is for everyone and there is always something to be gained from it, no matter what level you are at!
