Our standard CrossFit class is where the real magic happens, helping you to build fitness that will help you with both your everyday life and other fitness goals. Our programming offers similar benefits to brand new beginners and savvy veterans alike. We mix and match different strength and conditioning movements every day in a manner that is sure to keep you guessing and hungry for more.
You will become part of a community of people dedicated to improving their own fitness levels. The coaches and the other members will support you along the way, and you'll get to know them as people too. You don't have to worry about what you're going to do each day--just walk in the door and we'll get you moving. We want class to be the best hour of your day.
If you are new to CrossFit or just starting to go to a gym, we recommend that you start with our structured personal training, called On-Ramp, so we can teach you the movements so you can be safe. Then, once you get into classes, we will show you how workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive athlete. This is the reason this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, soccer Moms, Dads, and grandparents alike.
All of our CrossFit classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
* Coach gives brief description of workout
* General warmup
* Warmup specific to workout
* Teaching specific to workout
* Workout of the day (WOD)
* Cooldown and mobility
A trained coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The coach will supervise and correct any movements performed by you during the warmups, teaching, and the workout itself. We want you moving safely and efficiently at all times.
